A senior, experienced search consultant works hands-on with your search from beginning to end, performing every aspect of the search while maintaining regular weekly contact with your organization. We don't rely on contracted consultants or researchers, or turn daily research tasks over to less experienced staff. COMPETITIVE PROFESSIONAL FEES
Our fees are charged on a retainer basis and calculated as a percentage of base salary only, versus a percentage of total compensation. Unlike most other retainer search firms, we do not add an additional percentage for administrative fees. We invoice in three parts: the first on initiation of the assignment, the second after 30 days and the final invoice on completion of the search when the finalist has verbally accepted and signed your offer.
GUARANTEED RESULTS
We guarantee the success of your chosen candidate for one full year. Should the candidate prove unsatisfactory, and resigns or is terminated during the first 12 months, we will conduct a new search and provide suitable replacement candidates. You pay no additional retainer fees, and are only invoiced for authorized out-of-pocket expenses. This guarantee is a measure of confidence in our ability to find the best candidates and respective fit for key positions.
